(no subject)
It occurs to me that I haven't updated this in quite some time. I keep meaning to but never seem to get around to it.
Well what better time than when I find myself sitting in a bar in Barcelona drinking Norwegian beer, in a bar owned by a Danish guy talking to the owner and a woman from Germany. Well I was until 5 minutes ago. Now I am drinking Danish beer and talking to an American couple.
A couple of minutes ago 5 Chinese guys came in and dropped 160 Euros on bottles of Westvleteren 12 so the owner vanished to serve them. Curiosity makes me wonder if any beer could ever be worth that amount of money. I suspect not so will stuck to the vast selection of (by UK standards) overpriced beers behind the bar.
