Seriously though, new coldplay is really good. I'm not one to like the coldplay more than the casual listen but this album, gold!
Mom's B-day today, stuck at work for most of it but it was off to the grandparent's tonight (or the Nonni's for you fellow greaseballs out there). It was so good, I don't understand how that woman does it. My Nonna about a year, maybe 2 years ago lost her sense of taste yet still makes the most mouthwatering food ever...ever! So yeah, tonight wasn't so bad. Everyone headed to the deck but Dev and I kept it real over here. Ok i kept it real he was on the phone in the basement keeping it as unreal as humanly possible. After dev left I was pretty bummed about not going to The Deck seeing as how a very drunk Dario called and wished me a very happy "fuck you" with about half of the bar chiming in. Sounded like a damn good time. However, played some guitar, unwound then watched sex and the city with my sis which may sound dorky, and it is, but I enjoyed it, she's turning out to be pretty cool. Read some of her writing for a school project it is actually damn good, flows a lot better than my crap, so go sis go.
This week has been pretty kick-ass. Saw batman last night after some beach volleyball with some randoms who asked us to join in. Jonno, Mark and I played and it was a lot of fun. After Dev, Carty, Tom, Gilligan and I went to the movie and I highly recommend it. Batman begins indeed. Past few nights have also been very good hanging with the boyos and some of the girls.
Weekend was just great. Had Nesh down and that was very nice indeed. Went to some good restaraunts that I never knew existed also saw Mr and Mrs. Smith, I liked it, ended abruptly but it was still good. all in all great weekend of showing her around Ottawa and hanging out with her.
