I had a Doctor's appointment to figure out why I am hovering at the same 3 pounds for the last 2 months. I've given up sugar and caffiene and only drink water with an occasional cup of coffee. I shoud have had at least a 10 pound bump from dropping sugar alone... the Doctor agreed. No I am not concentrating on Weight as my goal, it is just an indicator of whether we are on the right track or whether there is a medical reason behind the weight gain and hair loss. I believe there is, and the doctor agreed. I swore I wouldn't do any medication unless there was a necessary medical reason for it and there is. Though to me it's a popular diagnosis lately... I am pre-diabetic with Insulin Resistance. I knew this. I was on the same meds 4 years ago and nothing. But the Dr. reminded me that I did not make any changes back then... she had a point. I am trying the medication. And I have to say... I am out of the 3 pound range by 2 pounds... barely but enough to let me know that maybe I am turning a corner. I just need to keep on working on it and to keep the faith.
