7. Replace the MediaRoom Floor
8. Install the Ring
9. Electrician - Punch List
10. Fix the Garage Floor
11. Fix the Front Door
12. Front Flower Bed - Landscape

Why does everything cost $500 to fix around here.  Twice a year I have Gainesville Mechanical come out and check the HVAC to make sure it's ready for the upcoming Season.  Today was the A/C check for the Summer.  And of course, it needs work.  So I have them replace the parts.  Good news it will make it through the summer.  Bad news, I need a whole new system, again.

Not looking forward to that.
