I mentioned in the last "Biggest Loser" post that Wednesday's are Official weigh in days and that today was a "Bye". That's because Monday was our Kick Off and starting weigh-in. I'm going to try and come up with good Daily Summary for this Goal. This way I can keep track of my progress and see if I have a chance of winning the contest.
I do weigh in everyday at home. And as awful as this sounds, I am usually just wearing Underwear. It isn't official and it's always around 4 pounds less than Fully clothed weigh-ins. So I will denote which weigh in is being recorded. Monday's & Wednesdays(except for today) will have 2 weights.

Now I weighed in on the Alpharetta Scale on Monday since that's where I work on Mondays. But Wednesday's will be in ATL. I think I will go up and weigh in on the ATL scale to get a feel for the difference in that one.
