I somehow got lost And Lazy. For someone who is generally achievement oriented, I haven't been lately. I don't even know when it stopped being important or too much work or just not a focus.
I'm not depressed much anymore. Lilah has been such a joy and has filled that hole in my heart. All I know is that being overweight(alot) has made it easier for me to do nothing.
Well, once again, I'm working on it. And everything else too.
- Weight
- Organization
- decluttering
- finishing projects
- Finances
I hope to be better about documenting this struggle than I have been lately. Writing out my daily achievements or To-dones is very Theraputic. It is a great outlet for me to link pictures to projects. And I can't tell you how many times I've come back here looking for clues to when I did stuff. Because we all know that I have no Idea what day it is in general.
Weight:
- I have joined the Biggest Loser Contest at work. (Accountability)
- Filling 30 oz Yeti with water and carrying it everywhere I go.
- Fitbit - shooting for 7500 steps a day (I'll Increase it eventually)
- Little bit of calisthenics
- Meal planning - packing Lunch 3 days a week (WFH 1 day and Eat out once a week)
- Portion Control
- Get rid of Christmas Candy - It's a big deal. I had a lot. I brought it to work (Globalcare) and they descended on it like locusts. I'm glad they liked it and even gladder that it's gone.
- Try to take Lilah for a walk each day maybe with a little geocaching.
Just a few changes.
Organization:
- Write lists - I've gotten back to writing lists which I reference every day. I try to complete something everyday. It get's me moving and things get done.
- Back to using a Calendar Monthly Planner Spiral Book.
- Use the Calendar App in my phone and Ipad
- Whiteboards for reminders and bed-time mind dumps
De-Cluttering:
- Planning for a Garage Sale
- Box in Garage for Donations & Garage Sale
- Getting Rid of duplicates and crap I don't need.
- 10 things a Week Project and Facebook Group
Finishing Projects: is a by product of Organization and De-Cluttering. But the projects will get completed.
Finances:
- Get out of Debt
- Save Money
- Improve 401K and Retirement plans
- Lessen my Utilities (Cable, Electric, Cell, Monthly Charges & yearly dues)
