So I decided last night to go downstairs and work in the office. I keep walking by looking at the media room wall Like Pee Wee herman looked at that aquarium full of snakes. Aaaarrrrggghhh! Maybe I'll do it this evening. So I went into the office and started digging through the box full of computer parts. No. I didn't throw them all out. I kept one thing. It was a DVD writer that I wanted to install into my PC that I have now. Funny thing is, I thought... I'll put it into the box it came in because I still have it. When I opened it up ... it had a cd ROm in it. So I switched them and set aside the DVD writer with the assorted cables that I need to make the installation work. When I take my PC in for a clean-up, I'll take it all with me. what they don't use, they can keep or trash... Most likely trash.

Then there was the box of computer cables. Oh. My. Gawd. what the heck was I doing with a 28 feet of Parallel Port Printer Cables? I had Assorted sizes of Serial Cables, splitters, adapters and extensions. Then there was the SVGA cables...
Do I ever throw anything away?
Well I DO now.
I did keep all the USB cables - a USB mouse (for backup) - the miniature wireless laptop mouse - Microsoft webcam.
Here's what I got rid of.
To say I felt good is an understatement. I'm beginning to feel liberated. A little every night - here - there...
It's getting easier to let it go and move on.
Even if I do stay up till 2:30am on a work night.
it was sooooo worth it.
