I have managed to actually get some things done. A little every day, but I'm not sitting on my hands wishing I could get some things done. Saturday, Johnnie and I headed to the Coleman Outlet store in Commerce, Georgia. They were having a Truckload Sale and I thought this would be the perfect time to pick up some Lacy CampOut "Door" Prizes. We picked up a few things and then headed for home. I did try to pick up some ammo cans at the Flea Market... But the store isn't there anymore - Burnt down along with the food court.
Did watch the humans play in the huge floating Hamster Balls. Johnnie took pics.
I came home and mowed the yard. Started a fire in the Fire Pit and then Roasted Marshmallows and drank beer.
Sunday was another story ... It was more strenuous. I detailed the Otie. From top to bottom Inside and out. That was an all day affair, but I was able to get the futon mattress back into the back and out of the Garage. All along ripping DVD's as I was working on other things.
As of this morning I've ripped 197 movies. Only about 500 to go. Shit.
I'm trying to find a good spot closer to the house to move the Camper to. It's too far in the back yard for me to work on it. Not that I couldn't use the exercise... It has more to do with doing things quick and efficiently. Without losing tools or getting caught out in the rain with power tools and ELECTRICITY! I also feel guilty about being back there because Lucy and Dollie feel they need to be back there and it's really hard for them to get back there. So they hurt themselves following me back and forth from the garage to the back of the yard. They just don't get it... I'll be right back! So moving it closer may get things done quicker.
Last night I fixed Homer the Lawn Mower - AGAIN!!! But this time I did it right. I changed the blade too while it was flipped up. The Clevis Pin was just a touch too big - and it took me awhile to figure that out. But once I did, Slick as snot it went into place. I also leveled the deck which through all these repairs got knocked out of whack. so now it's back in whack.
Tonight, I'm thinking Laundry, downstairs vacuuming and wash the Toyota. And maybe I'll push over the 200 mark for the DVD's.
