It's gone...
That Total Home Gym is GONE!!!!!
Wbscs (a geocacher) picked it up last night. We spent about 2 hours tearing that thing down and loading it into the van. HOLY KEEEEEERAAAAP! That thing is (or should I say was) a pain in the arse to take all the way down. I Don't know how I moved that thing into that room last summer. But what I remember is that it didn't seem like such a big deal. I think I left a lot of the parts together and moved it in bigger pieces.
We tore this mutha down completely. And it wasn't easy. My arm held up pretty well. I did stretch it once or twice a little farther than it is ready to go a couple of times. But the sharp searing pain tends to remind me that I have pushed it too far.
What a relief. I didn't have to deal with any of those crazy craigslist people coming to my house. And the amazing thing is I listed it on the GGA forums on June 30th. And 2 weeks later everythings gone. Not bad. I think everyone got a good deal too. I definitely wasn't trying to rip anyone off. When you get down to it, I basically just wanted the room back downstairs and I was tired of hitting my head on that bike hanging in the garage. So we were all winners.
Sometimes it's nice to be part of the GGA.
