I really am very not happy with Charter...

I have not been able to get Video on Demand for a couple of weeks. 
I have had 3 count them 3 technicians come out to the house.

Each have spent a couple hours on this problem.  Some have created more problems then they fixed.

I still don't have Video on Demand.

Last night the third tech came out.  He changed a bunch of fittings, fiddled with a bunch of stuff and taaa daaa I have no sound coming from my speakers.

He started to panic and apologize all over the place.  He couldn't get out the door fast enough.

I spent the rest of the evening rewiring the entire surround system.  The problem ended up being in the HD cable box audio settings.

I called the tech this morning and he has arranged for a team to come out and increase the signal to my house.

Yeah right.  We'll see.
