As of Today...

I am officially 10 pounds down.

It's been a little difficult, but well worth the effort.  Yes I know that 10 pounds in a week is a little much.  But I am sure my weight loss will slow down after a little bit.  You see when You go from minimal action / exercise / movement in the evening to constant perpetual motion... You tend to shock your body into weight loss.

I feel a little better.  you know... Less Carb bloaty.  I'm eating those more torwards the morning.  The evenings are whatever I find in the fridge.

All I can say is I have enjoyed the last 7 days.  I have gotten a lot done and I have actively worked towards reaching some personal goals...

Just a little update in the world of Annie.  It's all good.  And if it's not... Well I'll just fix it!
