I hate the fact that I have to get one... but I know it's time.
When you can't read the screen cause it's soo scratched.
When you flip open the phone and the top flies off.
When it continually drops the bluetooth connection for no reason...
that's just a few of the reasons. I have had this one for quite some time. so it isn't the **NEW** factor.
