Yes I am. 10 years of Retail Customer Service experience has not gone to waste. I save nearly every receipt. And periodically I keep the box it came in just for such occasions. I got my $50 back. No hassles, arguments, funny looks or additional questions past the "Anything Wrong with it?" question. Even though I was past the maximum 90 days stated on the back of the receipt ...I got my money back. It's how you work the system. And of course what kind of day the cashier is having. Today, Mine was having a great day.
Plus I think Lowes is pretty lax on the return policy as long as you have the receipt. Which is a very good policy. It keeps me coming back there. If I feel comfortable with the Customer Service Policy, I feel more comfortable in purchasing goods from there. Because I know things aren't always the way they should be, whether there are parts missing or It looks like crap in my house or it doesn't work the way I thought it would. I sure like the option of returning for a refund or an exchange for something that does work.
Yes. A little over-happy about the light returning I am. But hey, that ended up being 2 things off my Master list. I feel way ahead of the game.
