Once again I have dropped below where I need to be. But they have upped my dosage to 7.5 on Fridays.... I'm sure the few pieces of broccolli and the salad I ate at lunch had a hand in the low number. No problem. Nothing a little camping won't cure!
We head out today for Elijay to hang out at Johnnie's cabin for the weekend. Some hiking and commaraderie around the campfire at Carter Lake. Yes the babies are coming too. Should be a real treat!
So I'm gonna miss a couple of days of posting.
