I did complete the High School sports crap shadowbox art project last night. I tackled that first thing right after I fed the girls. Knocked it out in about 10 minutes. It went quick since I spent the time to pre-design how it was going to look. So once I got the shadowbox, it was a snap. I have already hung up downstairs in the soon to be fitness room.
I also went through the old fat scrapbook, peeling off what I wanted to keep. Funny. There isn't a whole lot in there I'm keeping. I'm about 60% finished going through that book. I probably have only kept about 7 or 8 percent of the stuff. Mainly school records.
I think my next spot for decluttering is going to be my home office file cabinet. I really don't think I need to keep all that stuff.
Then I suppose it will be the downstairs Closet. I plan to turn part of that (the closet) in to a pantry. All bulk Items could go neatly in there on shelves (that I have removed from other rooms) so I don't have to try and store that stuff in the kitchen let alone carry them upstairs. Items like
- cases of water
- soda
- paper towels
- toilet paper
- cases of vegetables
- extra bag of dog food
Stuff like that, so that makes buying in bulk more cost effective and handy especially for a family.
