I finally figured out what you were talking about.

I got Lucy when I was living in Falls Church VA...Just inside the beltway in the DC area. Lucy was born March 10, 1999 in Alexandria, VA. The day after I got back from Derby, I picked her up...She was almost 8 weeks old.
