I am so close to being done, I can't stop smiling.  The floors look awesome.  And the nasty gap at the doorway that has been there for nearly a year IS GONE!  Everything flows quite nicely, well, except for all the carpet  runners laid out for the dogs.  But that is a small price to pay instead of large vet bills for torn ACL's and slipped discs.

What I finally completed last night was the floorboards, transition pieces, baseboards and caulking of the baseboards.  I also (which is the best part) took the tools down stairs.

I think this weekend will be time for me to clean the garage.  I think there is going to be a large yard sale in the subdivision so I may put the sell pile stuff outside for selling and maybe get rid of some stuff.

I think that would be a nice plan.  I'll borrow Scott's truck and go pick up the 10' counter top for my work bench and get that done too.

Yeah I know. I said I was going to take this weekend off.  But this is an opportunity to get rid of some junk...and I'm going to take advantage of it.  I got rid of a lot of the scrap pieces from the laminate flooring and now I need to put the tools away and take the time to set up the toolbox properly.  I might wait till sunday on that though...I hear we are supposed to get some rain.  Riiiiiiight.
