They Came. They Saw. They Sucked.
I had the air Ducts in the house cleaned today. It's been on my list for about 6 years.
$392 later...My house smells cleaner. I replaced the filter with a better one and cleaned the ones that were in the returns before putting them back. Hopefully, I should feel the difference in the next couple days. A lot of crap came out of that system...chunks of wood and drywall. And the amount of dust it kicked up was like being in KC during a duststorm. I need to go through the house and dust again. Then I should be able to measure the difference.
I am slowly working on the microwave project. One baby step at a time. Today I started staining the cabinet. The stain is wrong. But I think I can Take the door (from the old cabinet)downstairs and work with the stains I do have and get a closer match.
Lyon and I went and looked at that car in Tucker. The engine was strong, but cosmetically inside there was some issues. It certainly pointed to a possible leak in the targa roof. And he was mainly worried that it was overpriced. My only issue was with the car dealer and I use that phrase loosely. Not one sign and there were many with different names, had the address on it. Like they are there for a couple of months and then they move to a different location. Lyon didn't want me to pay over $3800 for a car in that condition. So I walked away. He now is in charge of finding me a car. The deal with that is...I don't have forever. And Lyon has 2 speeds...Slow and Off.
