Lucy (Dog-A-Potamus) has come out of surgery fine. Just a tumor removed from her eyelid. The Update I received from th evet's office was that she was up and around pacing her room. They seem to think she is a little upset because of the surgery...I let them know it wasn't the surgery but the fact she had missed breakfast. After looking at her again, they had to agree.
I'll be picking her up with Kay at 5:00pm.
Dollie started her day off with a sedative and then several alternating visits from Kay and David. Kay went to the store to get supplies so she and Dollie could do arts and crafts. I am frightened. Also relieved. But mostly Frightened. Well, I did need to clean the carpets.
I tried to get my battery replaced in my car today. Let me say the guys at Sam's were really nice even Though they couldn't do the installation due to the corrosion on the terminals. The guys at NTB are a bunch of A-Holes. No one else in the place and two guys pounding away on their keyboards. Neither one can tear themselves from their monitor to look up and acknowledge that I had entered their place of business. They are always staring at their monitors and pounding on the keyboards "checking the inventory"...Right they are looking at porn. I waited for ten minutes to have the Manager tell me I should take it to the dealer because they are better equipped. For Christ's Sake all you install is tires and batteries - The B in NTB is for Batteries - And you aren't equipped to install my battery. Why don't you just say it "You didn't buy it here...You are a shit out of Luck". Prick. NTB is owned by Sears. I nearly showed them my softer side!
