Dib-as-Proffesor-Membrane called up Hugh Pollak, the land lord of Nusisend Apartment Complex, to bring up the fact that his son found out they where doing some mold removal, and that was why they were making him wait to move in. Was there a reason they didn't mention this mold when Proffesor Membrane was signing all that paperwork? Why did none of the other tenants know about this mold issue? Was Professor Membrane going to need to inform the city and the Gotham Times of this issue?
Dib was told he could move into apartment 3b that day.
So now there's a u-haul that looks like this out in front of the complex, with a Dib happily removing boxes.
