In the afternoon, Allison's video store does, indeed, get a phone call. Eddie drove all the way back into Gotham for this. He wouldn't cut off his short-lived getaway for some cookies, no, he can't let go of wondering just what question she intends to ask him. So here he is, parked nearby, and waiting for someone to pick up the phone.
