By the time her phone rings Livvie has, more or less, decided it probably won't before the sun rises. She's not sure when or why she's come to that conclusion, but it seems like a good idea. Decide it won't happen. Make plans in the meantime

"Uhm...hi. Sorry to wake you. And, uhm, worry you... and. Yeah."
He's managing to sound panicked while speaking in a monotone. That's rather impressive.

Calm down, woman. There's also a lot of background noise as she makes her way back into the building.

Confusion turned to concern real quick there, Dib.

"I was home. On the roof." More rustling. Obtaining keys, purse. Then out the door. "I'll be there in 15 minutes." Click. Sorry, Dib.

And she is, true to her word, knocking on the door some 18 minutes later. Getting there might have involved some colorful words between Livvie and Judah's car, but she got there.

"Uhm...Hi?"
Dib'll fully open the door and step out of the way now. The room is actually clean. There's a midsized black duffel bag on the floor near the desk and a messenger bag on the desk itself. The laptop and phone are there as well. If you looked in the bathroom, you'd find a little black toiletry bag pushed off to one side. Even the used towels a folded nicely!

So he's totally going to sit on the bed for this talking thing.
"Story.. uhm. My senior year 4 guys locked my in a room with a cadaver. I was in there for around 2 hours. Everyone, the school, even my dad, assume I went in there myself. That I.... did something with the body."
And he looks really thrown by this, still.
"Secret... I know my dad didn't plan to adopt me. His best friend and his wife were in a car wreck while they were pregnant. He didn't like the idea of his friends child being stuck in foster care, because I was really sick. No one wanted me."

"I would've believed you. I'm not just saying that because I think it's what you want to hear." She makes a kind of futile gesture with her hands. "Sounds like we both lost the parent lottery."
A sigh. "So. My phone call." Dib?
Reply
"Yeah.. phone call.."
Dib! Use your mouth-words! Now!
"Uhm, I like you to... alot."
Dib... Dib. Your SAT in the verbal and writing portion was over 700. Where did you leave your vocabulary.
Reply
"I wouldn't mind being the girlfriend...your girlfriend, I mean. Obviously. Heh."
Reply
Ok not really.
"What? Really? Why? I'm not very....anything!"
Dib, possibly not the thing to say. Points for your honest confusion for why a girl like Livvie might waste her time on you, but you're in the negatives for actually saying that out loud.

Normally she sleeps.
"I woke up one day looking forward to a party some friends were throwing. Six months later I woke up and half the guest list to said party was dead." Headtilt. "You're you. I met you and I didn't feel like it was weird to smile. To be happy. I can't remember the last time I felt that way, you know? Like being me wasn't a disease. Like smiling wasn't possibly dangerous."
Livvie opens her hands. Closes them again. "People don't stay, you know. They get hurt, sick, distracted, scared. People don't stay. Are you going to stay?"
Reply
"I can try. I want to stay."

So now Livvie will get back up and kiss you. Because it seems appropriate, somehow. Air, tea, cigarettes. And then she'll sit down, next to you, on the bed.
"So what happened to you tonight? Allison said you weren't okay."
Reply
"Wow"
And another blush and a very big smile.
You may have to remind him he was upset again.
And, also, from this new angle you can probably see the cut on his neck.

She sees it. She doesn't touch it, but she does touch an area near it. "What happened to your throat?" The worry is pretty clear in her voice.
