If, by chance, you happen to want to rent a movie on a Tuesday night and one of the chain stores doesn't carry it, you can venture on over to Oubliette Video. They mostly stock vhs tapes, some dvds. Movies like Barbarella, Howard the Duck or Love Story are their specialty. Even cartoons that no one's bothered to put on dvd yet.
You can even rent a vcr for ten dollars, should you need or want to. And from 8PM to 1AM, Allison runs the store. Three nights a week. Who better to serve the strange and offputting people of night-time Gotham than someone just as strange and offputting.
If it's a quiet night, she'll watch a movie. Right now, the movie playing on the shop's tv? Troll. Enjoy that, kids. Allison certainly thinks it's fascinating. That's not to say she's not paying attention. Especially if someone tries to start something. But who's going to do that, right?
