Felix has a reputation for being scrupulously fair (to his clients), charging reasonable rates, and having strange and useful, if inexplicable, hunches. Most of his bills are paid by taking insurance claims (it's Gotham, if it wasn't blown up, it's been stolen) and the usual sort of surveillance cases. Although, his speciality is finding things that have gone missing.

Should anyone stop by his office, it's neat, professional, and the doorway is manned by a tiny, blonde, inhumanly perky and terrifying secretary.
