Possible lead on past/current whereabouts of Jonathan Crane, a.k.a "Scarecrow." Was present at scene of tenement fire in Narrows, Wednesday evening. Apparently not cause, possibly target. Found in apartment, apparently paralysed (drugged?), rescued before identity was known. Gassed rescuer and escaped. Possibly suffering from smoke inhalation, chemical effects, and/or mild burns.
