It seems everyone's in a good mood, today. Now, why Harvey is in such a good mood is somewhat of a mystery. Did he discover that the laptops have solitaire? Was the vegetarian lunch option semi-palatable today? Did he just flip good side up this morning?
Whatever the reason, there's cheerful, off-tune singing from the other side of Eddie's curtain. "...o-o-oh, there's nothing like a Gotham girl..."
Eddie goes over to the curtain and pulls it aside, since Harvey's being all sunny, today. He doesn't say anything, just looks up from his book to watch, looks back to the book, turns the page, taps his foot. He's amused.
Harvey certainly can't remember all the lyrics to this thing, but let's say it was a pretty popular song a while back? Some kind of Beatles-y rock thing. "...o-o-oh those Gotham girls, da-na-na da-da eyes have seen the world..."
He looks over from his repose on the bunk, catching the movement of the curtain being pulled back, and grins and waves at Eddie.

He sits up so he can rest his elbows on the window and peer. The book gets folded closed and set aside, first, of course.
