An internet cafe off of Main Street provides her with a place to send the message she's been thinking about. This feels ridiculously clandestine, but she's not stupid enough to use her work address. This could cost her her badge. And while the MCU won't collapse without her, it'd be one less good cop available to take up the workload. Unacceptable. However, these two, they're not Batman. It's worth investigating at the very least. She's always had trouble not asking questions.
