...a driver picks Peter Parker and his aunt, May Parker, up from Gotham General, and takes them to the building Bruce Wayne currently resides in. He owns the top two floors -- the upper for himself, and entertaining, and the lower reserved for guests. For now, for as long as he feels like it, and they will allow him to, those guests are Peter and May.
They're both given 'guest' security cards in the lobby of the building, and told that they can come down any time today or tomorrow to have their photos taken for permanent ones. And then they're escorted up to the top floor, to be greeted by Bruce himself, and his butler, who has scheduled time for this away from his task of preparing Thanksgiving dinner. Bruce greets them warmly, and tells them to make themselves at home, and offers a tour. Alfred, just as welcoming, if far more reserved about it, tells them where all the amenities are, and that he'll take care of anything, clothes, toiletries, that they need -- the important things that Bruce forgot to mention -- and at Aunt May's inquiries, offers to show her the kitchen.
