I feel like a complete twat asking this and, honestly, expect fuck all as far as replies, but here goes:

Is there anywhere in Gotham a man can get actual psychological help? Not the complete shit and utter hell they offer behind Arkham's walls. Actual help.
It's also of rather high importance that it all be very confidential.
