In all the time that Harvey has stayed in Judah's warehouse, he's never taken a bedroom for himself. Dib might have had a harder time with it if he hadn't been having the same thoughts. Mostly involving his taser and then somehow getting the Joker's gun.

So he's just going to stare at the teapot.
