Don't often get on this thing, but I wanted some sort of way to remember that I (at least in cyberspace) remembered to tell everyone that I could how much I appreciated all that people to for me/us.
John - As always, thanks for being there during the first joust. It made, as I know you are aware, a ton of difference. It is comforting to know you always seem to be there for me like I tried to be there for you.
Lee and Bruce - It is always nice to have two very talented and willing instrumentalists to help us out for any amount of time during our song and dance shows. More music (variety and number) can't help but improve the dance performances.
Tim - We had a lot of difficulties this season. You, of all people, know just how much strain alot of those difficulties put on us. And still, you gave us a really good set of fights with minimal injuries all along balancing out some showmanship that I know the audience enjoyed.
Tanya and Kathryn - I think alot of folks hope never to sing of the dreaded Cuckoo again, but it was really nice finally having a coordinated song/dance show with something of a script attached to it.
Queen's Guard - I appreciate the time that you guys all took to complete the most boring of jobs. Unless you like to just stand around and watch for mostly nothing most of the time. And when you have to do something, it's stressful because you had to balance the needs of our space with not offending the patrons more than necessary.
Mobleys and Kathy - The food was very tasty and well appreciated by all. It took alot of effort and the effort was definitely appreciated as well.
Smeg - Even if the end went on a sour note, your effort was appreciated during the season as I've already told you in person.
Bryan - Thanks for all your help both as Asst. Fight coordinator, and as a fill in when Lancelot decided to decimate his car in another state.
Leslie - It took alot of work to sort, clean, organize, and prep the materials for the ed tent. Then coordinating other folks being in there, running the heraldry table and holding the money box for the peg-a-beggar. It's nice to have effort being made to make the ed tent organized and enhanced from what it has been previously. Please keep it up. ::snurfles::
Matt - As stressed as the idea of this year's joust made me, I can only imagine how much pressure it put on you. I won't ever be able to express just how much I appreciate your ability and willingness to make it work to my wishes even though I know you have much more knowledge about it than I do.
Andy - thanks both for coordinating queen's guard and running the peg a beggar until someone else felt capable of hawking it.
Nicole - hardly can come up with the words to tell you just how much I appreciate the fact that I have someone who both has ideas and is willing to work with me to make sure that our ideas become something to help maintain and improve our group and what it does. we made it through another year's faire and just about finished our second year in the hats. neither would have been anything near the same without you in the team. ::hugs::
