First day of school
First day of school!
When I got on the bus the back of my brain kept telling me that Amy was going to be on saving me a seat. The side of my brain that was caught up with reality knew that she wouldn't be there. The fact being that she wasn't coming to EC anymore as well as that even if she was she wouldn't be on the bus till tomorrow. She wasn't there. The back of my brain was disappointed.
First Block was Science. I find it hard to belive that we will be able to make a whole unit out of water, but what ever floats your boat. Me and Brian made a whole chain of paper clips. There were one hundred seven paperclips in the chain. I wrote it out because that way it looks more impressive. I know how lame am I.
Second Block Creative Writing. I am so tottally looking forward to this class. Today's assinment was to bring something that I had already written in. I typed up two poems, but I'm not sure which one I'm going to use yet. It seems like a lot of work, but I think it's going to be fun.
Lunch. I didn't know so many ppl could fit on that little stairway. It was fun. Then listening to music on katie's CD player even though she has a new mp3 player. Huh, now I wonder why she wasn't using that.
Third Block I had Humanities, or Wester Civ. as it's also called. Mrs. Dunwoudy ran practically the whole class which I'm not sure I understand. She's the music teacher. And isn't she supposed to be at the middle school at some point around then?
Fourth and final, IDS. I'm not a huge fan of IDS, but maybe it will get better.
On the bus home I was again disapointed that Amy wasn't there to bug. It would have been fun. That, and I didn't have anyone to talk to or a CD player to listen to. Mine broke a while ago. I need to get a new one espicially since I can use it during Creative Writing.
Over all I had a pretty cool first day as far as first days go. And we didn't have a quiz on the stuff that I didn't read. Which is good, becasue I didn't finish reading it.
