Of course the new principles were issues by the Mandydom
Department for Business, Innovation and Skills which I have sooo much time for at the moment, one assumes because of its universities & research portfolio but fears because of its spin-mastery and apparent focus on political and commercial expediency over considerations of long-term quality and integrity.
