Backtracking...
So, I've read some of my earlier journal entries and I realized how much shit can change in less than a year. Since October 2006 I have been in two semi relationships, ripped off both emotionally and physically by someone I thought was a good friend, almost had to have my tonsils out, oh and yeah, I was fired from my job because I had a 101 degree fever and I had to miss a few days of work. So they fired me. Even with a doctor's note. Side not for everyone, if you ever plan on being sick you know, in your lifetime - DON'T get a job for Poland Spring. They're a hearltess company and the "nice" kind to boot. High rise bastards.
Anyways, what's new? Well not a heck of a lot actually. Aside from what I just listed above. I did get a new cell phone finally, which isn't a huge deal but I'm grasping at straws here. It's a Razor which I actually found out is already outdated but it's okay because this one was given to me and I still haven't updated my plan as of yet so when I do, I'll get a new one.
I got a few movies in the mail today, trying to recap the movies I've bought between now and October would be like trying to find out exactly where Jesus walked in the land of Nazereth - impossible. PHANTASM and PHANTASM III. I've been waiting for PHANTASM III to come out on DVD forever and now that it finally did I'm a little disappointed. The movie was released in the UK sometime ago with all these special features and such, now in the US we get an edition with a few things here and there but nothing comparing to the UK Edition and it was done by the same company. The same company who put the movie out over in the UK put it out over here and they left out extras! Doesn't make any sense to me. When I buy a DVD, I want my money's worth damnit not some crappy half-assed edition so they can re-release it a few years down the road which they'll probably do. Snakes I tell you.
Speaking of snakes, I saw SNAKES ON A PLANE when it came out...whenever the hell it came out and that was a damn fun movie. I was expecting it to rock but not nearly as much as it did. I'm having trouble classifying it though...is it a horror film or an action film? Or both? I can't really tell because it wasn't scary, but it wasn't all action oriented either. It definetely had some jump scares and the idea of killer snakes on a plane is pretty creepy...still...I don't know. Whatever. Not important.
I don't even know what else to talk about...so much has happened in these past few months it seems almost unfair to try and squeeze them into a LiveJournal entry and not just go back in time and post shit as it happens. But if I could go back in time I don't think posting in my LiveJournal would be at the top of my list of things to do but it would be somewhere on the list.
