I just finished watching the first episode of Gossip Girl, because I hear a lot of people talking about it, and really I always wanted to check it out anyway. I enjoyed the show, and I'll definitely be watching more episodes, but I have to say the biggest thing that impressed me was the lack of expected pretentious indie music. I mean, I didn't hear Imogean Heap one single time! In fact, I heard stuff ranging from Blink-182 to Justin Timberlake.
The biggest squee moment for me was hearing Hanson!!! That basically cemented my appreciation for the show. It also got me even more excited for the fact that I'll be seeing them in just a couple of weeks. *eeeee*
