Wanted to say "wow! I love your bag! and your bracelet too actually. where did you get them?" to a middle-aged woman sitting next to me on the ferry but chickened out and imagined the conversation instead.
Asked the lost-looking girl walking in front of me through the park today if I could help her at all. She didn't hear or see me and walked off in another direction looking all about the place. Damn mp3 players.
Wore new shoes to work and felt sassy all day. It was great.
Ate a huge tofu, lettuce, capsicum, feta cheese, tomato and shite salad for lunch. It was freaking awesome.
Spent two hours flat doing nothing in the office because I was totally not sure who is who and where to find any information at all in this place. Boss does not have time to train me where to find room hire rates.
Just spoke to Mum over MSN. She and Dad are getting me a new laptop for Easter! HOLY CRAP.
And on that swearing note, got a long e-reply from Buddhist temple regarding beginner stuff. They reckon I should go to the Tuesday class for a taste, then pick a course. There's also an upcoming Sunday retreat which they've said I could come along to. Sounds good to me!
I can hear Tom talking to his parents right now about my work, weight loss desire and eating habits. He sounds fascinated actually. Going to his parent's place for Easter weekend mainly because it's his sister's birthday this weekend (which he is going there for but I have to stay home and work) and I want to celebrate with her at some stage.
