Japan Quake

Thanks everybody for your e-mails / messages about my family in Japan. Everyone is safe, either evacuated or live no where near the destruction. My friends are all in the clear, but I am worried a bit about Portia, because her last FB update was before the second round of quakes/shocks and after they basically announced that Fukushima is a giant pool of radiation right now. I'm also a little worried for my friend Kathryn who taught in Sendai for 3 years, and I fear that everyone she knew and loved in the first city she called home is now...gone.

My heart goes out to Japan while it recovers and rebuilds the city, and their hearts. This news is so, so devastating.
