AND 10 kinds of amazetastic!
The make-up went well, or I'm assuming it did b/c everyone said they loved it. The ceremony was beautiful as was the Bride. One of the bridesmaids and I may or may have not stopped for food & beer on the way to the reception. ;) (The hall was 45 minutes away from the Church, really no one noticed if we were 10 minutes behind.)
OMG but the best part was the photobooth that they had rented for the guests to take pictures of themselves. The pictures came out in sets of two, so the couple go one and the guests got one. And you could go in as many times as you wanted. My brother, our cousin (the aforementioned bridesmaid), and myself went in so many times I lost count. We also kept 'forgetting' things in my car that we just had to go out looking for. *ahem* (aka shotgunning beers) ['twas a dry reception, if I forgot to mention. Though how it could be considered that when even the Bride had a hidden flask, IDFK. LOL]
I got my brother to sing and dance with me to Grease's "Summer Lovin'" though he will deny it until the day he dies. All in all it was a pretty fantastical evening. The two hour plus drive home with my brother was also pretty damn interesting. I can't even count how many times I had to pull over so he could piss on the side of the road. Lucky fucker, I had to wait until we were out of po' dunk to find a gas station. No way in hell was I gonna pop a squat in the wilderness. Fuck that sideways. Anyway, cha-cha lines, cake flinging, picture creepers, races to and from the car, all around good [if not so clean] barefooted-formal wear night of fun & debauchery.
