So Brand New is playing Adelphi the same day I have tickets to see one of Piebald's last shows, in Boston.
I really want to go to BN, cause obvs I love them. But Sunny was counting on me to get to Boston. It's about a 400 mile drive (Long Island to Albany to Boston) each way, so that's about at least 3 gas tanks. So that would be about $42 a tank. Then we have to factor in tolls, which I'm guessing would be about $20 each way. Then I need money for recreation, which could be about $50.
I really want to go to Boston, mainly because I need a trip off Long Island. And I know Sunny's mad that I may be backing out, but it's just a lot of money that I realized I don't have.
And it's Brand New playing like down the block, turn right, make a left, and go straight 1 mile from my house. AND it's only $15.
Boston: $126 in gas, $50 spending money, $40 tolls, having a great time and seeing Sunny, getting out of this town, massive drinking and drugs, and Piebald's last show.
Brand New: $15, seeing Brand New one last time before they probably take another long break.
