Yesterday started with migraine: pain behind my eyes and flashing lights around the periphery of my vision. Sleep, much sleep, and calling in sick to work resulted in me feeling better around 6 or so. Ate a meal, then about an hour later felt an acid reflux attack coming and threw it all up.  Drank Maalox to make that go away, and have had nothing but water since then.   Stomach muscles ache. Ache all over. Called in sick again.

Bananas are still sounding good though. Maybe a little trip to grocery store for plain yogurt and bananas.

We're bobbing along in our barrel.

Popping pills is really mystifying,
