More Gankutsuou, quick penciled Albert because I still love him.
Then an experiment with imitating the patterned look of the actual anime (if you have not seen it, at least check out screenshots or something--this is one gorgeous show.) Obviously a prerequisite for fanarting this show is using pretentious symbolism. I kind of horrify myself sometimes.
All photos used are from NASA's picture a day feature on their website. The Count's eye, hair, and cuff are various nebulae, his jacket is the Milky Way, the flame pattern on his sleeve is the sun, the chess pieces and his cravat are Saturn, and the table is from just off of the Horsehead Nebula.
Oh, I forgot to repost this, but I participated in a Reborn Christmas exchange and got a request for D18.
And, last but not least, cupsmou has a new character, Rivalo, who I think is pretty sweet.
