Who: EVERYONE!!!
Where: Angie's house.
When: After shift.
Angie had gotten to thinking after her conversation with Greg, how far apart everyone at the labs had grown. She was going to try her best to get everyone together, call her house neutral ground and perhaps everyone could get along, at least for one night. With everything that they dealt with at work, it was a shame that they had so much turmoil personally with one another. Angie knew she couldn't fix that but she'd offer a neutral place where everyone could get together without fear of... as Greg said it, getting killed by angry co-workers.
She tried to talk to everyone in person and left a message with everyone else. Angie wasn't sure what the turn-out was going to be so she was cooking with everyone in mind. She had everything from salads to spicy chicken wings. Angie had stocked her fridge with alcohol, it would either pacify the situation or aggravate it, time would tell. She was stirring pasta salad noodles on one burner and spaghetti noodles on another when headlights illuminated on her front door, causing Lizzy to take off running, barking and jumping at the door as the doorbell rang.
Angie wiped her hands on her apron before quickly fixing her hair in the mirror next to her door. She held Lizzy off with her foot and opened the door, slightly surprised to see her early visitor.
"Hey there! Come on in." Angie smiled brightly, herding Lizzy back and opening her front door wide. "Thanks for coming, make yourself at home. Drinks are in the fridge and food, is well, everywhere."
