Eating Cap'n Crunch Cereal
So i took a couple days off.. headed back to windsor after a morning of interviews/recruiting/training.
Got off the 401 and went right to Seacliff Beach to meet up with the homies. Overcast day, started off warm, but got chilly real quick. Not a bad afternoon though. Then we karaokeeeed and guitar heroed for the rest of the night.
Friday, had dim sum with jacko and perry, siu and i... not too shabby. Hit the links with the boys, was just there to get some sun and haven't played a real round of golf in 2 yrs, AND IT SHOWED. I watched as Randy and Aenoi built the Laos' new bbq, what a beauty it is. BBQ'd for the 2nd time that weekend, good food.
Saturday was some family friends' wedding. Church ceremony was thankfully short, actually it just wasn't long, i shouldn't say it was short. Perfect day for a wedding, trace of clouds, nice temps. It was indeed a baller wedding reception though. Caboto club, me and Siu are estimating a good 400-500 people?
- sidenote- don't know why the fuck people are letting off fireworks today (july 2) because its neither canada day or independance day. stupid hicks.

The reception dinner was an italian based menu.. antipasta, penne, but the main entree was the filet mignon and lobster tail cooked to PERFECTION. medium rare, slightly on the rare side which i love. but the fact that the steak didn't need any sauce to compliment the meat, WOW. custom made pastry table with white AND dark chocolate fountains, normal dainty pastries.. sadly though.. no EXPRESSO bar. OPEN BAR, but i had mostly red wine for the evening.
Sunday.. the weather was very misleading as it was really sunny out, but windy as well. Had a quick lunch, then headed to Sandpoint cuz Siu wanted to goto a beach and tan, so we did. FLIPPING FREEZING. It was cold when the sun was behind some small clouds, PLUS the wind. And even when the sun was shining on us, it was STILL cold. So i gave in after 1.5hrs and had to leave. BBQ #3 was awaiting us at Siu's place when we got home. Didn't eat too much, met up with Aenoi for some chink food, then to Randy's to chill/Stomp the Yard/Entourage.. then i drove home at midnite. I got tired REAL QUICK, but made it home with the help of my ever dangerous speedy techniques.
And now for a couple days of controlled chaos. and another wedding this saturday. yaaaaaaaaay? not really.
