Hey! It's that lady!
So, in watching TV tonight, I had those moments. You know, where you pause the TV a sec and look to figure out who that person is. Turns out, this lady was very busy this past Tuesday -- she was on both the Mentalist and Leverage. I knew I had just seen that face when the she answered the door on the Mentalist. And then, Detective Crew's ex-wife (I love Life!) showed up on the Hallmark channel in a TV movie starring Vanessa Marcil (Hi Brenda! Can your thighs be any skinnier?) that I watched the end of because somewhere I had read something which said it was actually not completely sugary and awful. I admit, it took me a little longer to recognize her.
Oh, and I finally looked up Parker on Leverage, since I was on IMdb anyway, and Holy Crap! This is the woman who is the mother of the child with Jason Lee that shares the most unfortunate celebrity baby name: Pilot Inspektor! I mean, Parker is supposed to be the crazy one on that show, but I think this woman may actually be a bit off her rocker in real life too. The things you can learn on the internet!
Lastly, I laughed on Privileged when the chef dude called Megan "McTrashy" and invoked a Grey's comparison for having sex in supply closet. Totally spot-on reference, and not surprising, given who's involved in that show. I know that some folks are unhappy that Charlie is being written off, but I have to say, I kind of like Will (I smiled at his reaction to Lily's incarceration). I don't have a problem with him, anyway. And I did think that Megan needed to tell off her mom -- the bottling up is no good and pretending can give you an ulcer. That said, just because you vent doesn't mean that you can't still talk to the person sometimes. And her mom picks out cute clothes.
