memories live on forever...
well..as many of you may know...my grandma has passed on. She is no longer suffering and is with God now. She stuck in there for 90 long years and made the best of every single one of them.
I had soooo many memories with her. watching the pistons games listening to her yell at the TV like they could hear her(the night before she passed she watched the WHOLE pistons game and was completely relaxed...and passed on in her sleep). spending the night over there when i was younger(she always let me sleep in her bed because i was too scared to sleep anywhere else haha)Being euchre partners and SKUNKING my parents. HER SMILE, ALWAYS SMILING. her ALWAYS beating me at Yahtzee, but i always got her back by winning at Racko. She LOVED to cook, and always filled me up even if i wasnt hungry(she always made my faves). Her love for God. Her sense of humor. Our little talks about everything under the sun, she could go on forever, lol. Our drives to and from her hair appointments. Her pickiness for when i'd do yard work, "you forgot a weed!" or "u missed a stick over there!" haha gotta love it. She was so independent and never complained. I could go on and on....
Everything happens for a reason, and this is what was meant to be. She lives on in my heart forever. *You are a true role model that i will always look up to* I know that she will always be looking over me...
i just wanted to say thank you to EVERYONE who has comforted me in any way, whether it be a card, a hug, showing up at the showing, or even just talking and listening....it all meant so much to me and helped me get through this tough time. thank you very much <3
