Ok, so yesterday I had this big, long entry planned and then I woke up this morning and forgot it completely. Oh well. Work was... interesting today. During our second session I was teaching these two little girls and we were by the wall. I look over and there's Squeaks, trying to put his fist in his mouth. Turns out he had a little boy who could do it so he was trying it, even though it should be physically impossible. I shook my head at him and said that it was also physically impossible to lick your elbow. By now he's determined to do it. Five minutes later, our kids are just watching as we both attempt to lick our elbows. Then this guy Kevin tries so the three of us are just sitting there with our tongues out and our arms twisted weird ways when someone notices that we're not teaching. We went back to work but I thought it was lucky that our boss hadn't chosen that exact moment to walk by us (that would be a good frame in a movie though). I didn't get alot of teaching done after that. This could be because Squeaks decided to show a little girl that you won't drown if you put your face underwater by having a contest to see who can stay under the longest. I was down thwere 50 seconds and I come up and Squeaks is cracking up. Turns out hwe cheated and came up after three seconds to screw with my head. I challenge him to a rematch, this time we both have little girls who will alert us if the other cheats. I won by 11 seconds after he bragged he'd have beat me the first time if he tried. Ha, take that you damn Child Whisperer.
I've had more than a few plot bunnies running around my head but I keep forgetting them and I don't know why. I have got to start writing these down. THe only one I can retain is an original fiction romance scene with a pool. Maybe it's just my atmospheres lately (Or a certain guy who happens to have a very nice body and is awesome with kids).
Oh! I just remember another one. I went to the White Sox game yesterday and they did this thing with the big screen where they would put the camera on a couple and wait for them to kiss and it was very cute. At one point, they zoomed in on two guys who moved away from each other very fast. I laughed and then I had a mental image of Mark and Roger in that same heart shaped frame, but they actually kiss. The way I want the story to go is that Joanne get's baseball tickets from her firm and she's going to give them away until Maureen and Roger almost kill her at the thought. So, Mark, Roger, Maureen, and Joanne go the game. On their way there they're talking about how weird it is that liberal-rocker Roger likes baseball so much. He explains that his grandfather inspired it in him and Mark says that Roger's always "Shocked the world." So, when later in the game the frame zooms in on Mark and Roger, Roger leans in and whispers "Let's shock em, again." before kissing Mark. No, they weren't a couple before the game. Wow, I didn't realize how much I'd thought that out until now. Oh! Not that I don't trust you guys, but please don't steal this, I kinda like it. And, if you do steal it don't be stupid and post somewhere I could find it. I like to thing you guys are more intelligent than that.
I'm delighted to say that I finally got my schedule for work and the only days I have off are tomorrow and Thursday. Now my dad's fiancee can stop flipping out on me about missing the "girl's day" with every one else who's in the wedding. I'll try and update before the actual day but iunno. See ya!
