what a great day. i love those days that are completely and utterly relaxing. the weather today was absolutely wonderful! i got to wear flip flops and a tank top to class and havent done that since about september.
woke up today and gave a kick ass presentation to my english class on the beatles and how they affected our culture, ditched musical theatre for a latte, ate lunch and caught up on some reading under a tree by the lake. its weird here because the campus is so pretty in certain places that one is almost able to forget the shit hole they are actually living in.
ran into chris at the JTSU bookstore and that is always pleasing. hmm..i really cant analyze the situation anymore. its just to freakin complicated and i can never really come up with a solution that suffices me...anyway, i also got put on the news for my thoughts on the community support of our athletic department. realistically, i couldnt care less about the subject and instead really wanted to spout out something about the lack of support for our art department, but i didnt. i wish that i would have though. hung out with angelina today which is always fun. ist weird to meet someone who thinks the exact same way that i do. haha i found out shes going on a date with a guy my roommate totally blew off because he was a clingy psycho so i definitely had to warn her. there is 17,000 people at this university, so what are the odds of that?
the girls talked me into going to chris aarskaugs house tonight. i had SO much fun. usually, i hang back because im too lazy to go but tonight we went in the hot tub and played a fierce game of cranium and catch phrase. i also got to talk to his sister melissa who is uber cool and in delta gamma. i think that ive narrowed it down to rushing theta and DG. im really excited about the whole process.
i also hung out with donnie foxx and anthony tonight. those guys are absolutely hilarious! everytime theyre around, i find myself smiling. we played catch phrase again and watched "for love and basketball". god, i love that movie. it was good hanging out with them. it would have been better if they would have brought chris along. you know what though, i refuse to take that much of the initiative. im sorry but im old fashioned and the way that i see it, if a guy is interested enough they are not going to let crap like being shy or anything of that nature stand in the way. games are for high school right? im just going to sit back and wait it out and if it happens cool, if not nobodys loss. i just would hate for this to be one of those things where the chemistry is obviously there and nothing come of it. hmm..oh well, im sick of talking about it.
i cannot believe how much i have written in this entry. i guess ive had more on my mind than i thought. i actually just realized that i have tons of loose ends to tie up for tomorrow so im making a TO DO list...
