It seems all the mongrels have been returned to their rightful places.

I suppose one can assume that all is now well. Aside, of course, from this curious water problem.

You may have noticed a large, muddy ravine running the length of the city. That was a river until recently. There are also, it seems, various inhibitors keeping me from getting water from other sources.
