Regarding Hiei's Jagan

I know some people know the series Yu Yu Hakusho and know what Hiei is capable of with his Jagan, but there are a lot of people who don't I'm sure. I am asking permission for him to use his Jagan on the characters here in Consortium since he could do plenty of things with this spiffy Jagan.
