She's going to wish to make others happy, so if you're in 5 feet of her, you'll feel... well, happy. All your problems, disappear. You just need some pixie dust, then you'll be able to fly. OK, maybe problems won't disappear, but your muse will feel suddenly happy whenever they are near Yukina.
If you won't want this to affect your character, don't worry, you have to be close to her in order for it to work and you can totally just say you aren't affected by it <3
